At The Gardens, residents are able to live independently in their own suites; equipped with full kitchens, in suite laundry rooms, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and private balconies or terraces. Independence is further simplified by the resident paying a single monthly fee to cover their property taxes, building insurance, exterior maintenance, water and heat. (Hydro, telephone and cable are paid for individually by residents.) Suites are available in 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom plus den layouts.
